In the Pink

The first week of Spring has finally arrived

Nobody wanted this gorgeous faded  eiderdown online for $10, because it has 2 marks and a mend. I must be weird but I'm thrilled with it

I know...I know I don't need any more quilts

Foley pink and lemon set $2.50 from one of the local thrift shop

$1.50 cushion from the other local thrift shop

Vintage fabric  from Etsy

The blossom is glorious but won't last long

We took  a trip to the plant wholesaler and bought a whole car load of plants, camellias, trees and roses.
I chose 2 new David Austin roses.." Jude the Obscure" and  "Abraham Derby"

Too many eggs and lemons means  a baked Lemon Delicious

The sweet roses I bought over a week ago are still fresh !!!!
