Oh my goodness, what a fabulous gown! We have one in our family that started out as my Grandfathers dress as they all wore very long dresses in those days, even the boys! Now it's the family christening gown and has travelled all around the world as our families have spread. Yours is simply stunning. xxx
ReplyDeletehours and hours of such delicate hand work-such an exquisite gown/jacket and hangar.
ReplyDeletelove the little wild birds and then your "girls" chowing down.

How lovely that she put the dress aside for you, It really is stunning.
ReplyDeleteAnd look at all those beautiful lemons. Maybe you'll have top bake something delicious and take it into Vinnies as a thankyou for the dress.

Breathtakingly beautiful. It is hard to believe it has survived in such good condition - the hanger is as lovely as the gown. What are the birds above the hens?
