What I Bought for $23.50 Part 2

Part 2 of all the great stuff I found at the charity shop...a mother of pearl compact for my small thrifted collection

a chippy Royal Doulton "Josephine" dish circa 1900,which I am going to plant with 3 pink hyacinth bulbs

a pretty German vase

as well as the gorgeous stuff I have shown last week and this week I also got designer shoes and clothes ....all for $23

still no rain...so so dry in the garden, the hills should be greening up by now...it has been 60 days since it rained

looking forward to the apple orchard over the  back fence taking down the bird netting

watching me cook dinner at the back door

almost ready to harvest

  1. Such a beautiful garden, I am just starting a little work in mine but it is still too cold to be out there for any length of time.

  5. Meg.....You have found some great items at even better prices. I enjoy seeing your pictures of your garden and your feathered girls. Everything is so pretty and vibrant. Spring was official for us on March 20 and where I live we have mild temperatures and things are just starting to bloom out....I can't wait.
