A very hot day on St Valentines......vintage jewellery and roses always cheer me up
a vintage Liz Claiborne bracelet
Pretty roses from my husband
I couldn't stand the last oil ( I posted about it a couple of months ago) on canvas we bought another minute.... so it's been replaced by this one .
Hopefully the last will sell quickly. Plan B is to paint over it
The white bush roses are starting their autumn showing
still in the grips of a tomato glut
There has been a baby in the house this week and my darling Sascha has wanted to be close to everything she uses ....rug, cot (not when she is in it!) pusher....awwww...and I have to keep removing him

That's funny about your cat wanting to be close to the little one and his or her things! Hello, Miss Chicken! Your hillside looks so lush! I hope I will get a good tomato this year. This morning, it was around 17 degrees F. in southeastern North Carolina (!!!), so it will be awhile before I can attempt to grow a good tomato!
ReplyDeleteThe bracelet is exquisite as are those beautiful roses.

What a sweet kitty! Love your vintage bracelet and the roses are a lovely shade. The garden is gorgeous, too. Lovely to have vine-ripened tomatoes. Karen xo
ReplyDeleteHow sweetly your puss nestles up.

What gorgeous two tone roses! And vintage jewellery too. No wonder you married him, he's Mr Perfect! xxx
ReplyDeleteAw, look at Sascha in the stroller - so cute! The bracelet is lovely, as are the roses and all of your property pictures!
ReplyDeleteThose roses are gorgeous! And your gardens are lovely. My father would be so jealous of your big bowl of tomatoes. He can't wait for some fresh garden ones.
ReplyDeleteSascha looks so cute and comfortable in the stroller, maybe she wants to go for a walk. Love your beautiful vintage bracelet and of course all your roses too. Thanks for linking with Vintage Inspiration Party.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are just lovely. Those lavender roses are spectacular - what a gorgeous color. So hard to believe you're picking fresh tomatoes while here, in NY, we're still covered with snow. Enjoy your beautiful weather.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are beautiful Meg! I miss seeing green as we are in the deep freeze on this side of the world! Love the vintage Liz bracelet and the color of those roses are magnificent!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing at SYS this week and enjoy your day!
