This Week

I love, love this framed print I found in a charity shop...it's new and part of a a truckload of donations from a high end interiors shop....unfortunately I found out too late to see everything. It's a copy of an old 1860 lithograph of Paris in a great sepia tone. This was the last one of six

the leaves are falling but the landscape is greening up

still picking apples

fragrant rosemary

the first camellia flowers

rain at last

enjoying the last of the roses

a sunset stroll

  1. Hello Meg,

The sepia tones of the Paris print make it so much more special. And, how intriguing to see the layout if this its in the C19. Times have certainly changed.

Your garden is looking very lush and green after the summer. Rain must have been welcome for all your plants but it is all looking in great shape. Rather sad to see the last of the Roses....

  2. You have such a beautiful garden, shame its getting to that time where it is the last of the roses. We are just at the start of ours. Amazing print, what a find.
