Tripping and Painting

We arrived back home after 7 days away and a few treasures found and about to start painting the final half of the house as soon as we set our bags down

We fell in love with this piece at a huge antique warehouse and we carried around in the boot
during the trip. It is an ancient Indian cooking pan and rests on an old wrought iron stand
We are going to plant it up for the front verandah

Acres of vintage 'stuff"

A cute  vintage monogrammed brief case .....as if I need more!!

Another Deco mirror for my bathroom wall

We visited Mum while away and she gifted me one of her pieces ....a Crown Ducal vase which is a gorgeous design

...and a couple of more pieces for my James Kent collection

We are shifting every thing into other rooms this morning before tackling the ceilings

What a mess!

Winter chill
