Thrifts,Gifts and Gardening

I love the old Royal Doulton Madras 1900  plate I found, even though it's cracked from obviously a long time ago,to add to my Blue and White collection

A Salvos find for $2.99 ..... 2 heavy ironstone basins-smaller the a basin but bigger than a bowl

I filled the vase I bought  in last week's post to put on my bathroom windowsill

Mr VL gave me a De Longhi CitiZ Nespresso for my birthday  and I can highly recommend it.....the coffee is divine and it's so easy

A dear friend gifted me one another one of her handmade journals which she makes out of old book covers, using the spines as book marks. I have started a little collection of them

My Spring Garden is still looking gorgeous and I'm picking flowers while they last before the hot weather sets in...Gardenias,Hellebores,Star Jasmine
