Winter is Almost Over

An afternoon stroll

The first Prunus blossom



Euphorbias  are flowering again




Winter Hellebore




Opening Camellias



Won't be long before my pink tulips are up






a day trip to the River Murray and nesting pelicans on the banks

  4. Hi Meg, it has been a long time since I commented. I continue to love your photography and envy you your gardening time. I really loved the photo of the hellebore and the one of the pelicans by the river. I think I have said before that I have spent time on the river at Walker Flat and that image feels quite familiar.   9. Meg, beautiful photos as usual. A couple of days ago my son and I decided to try taking photos of the moon at 2.30pm as it appeared in a very blue sky. So he got his tripod and zoomed in with the new camera and the photos showed the craters on the moon. Just amazing! Thanks so much for telling me about these fabulous cameras.

I live in the state of Tennessee in the US and love following bloggers in other parts of the world - especially below the equator where the seasons are opposite! We are getting ready for fall here and it is sweltering hot and humid. Your flowers so exotic and beautiful and - those gorgeous birds -- nothing like those here!
