We hit the ground running after getting home from a 7 day interstate trip
I finished off the Victorian towel rail
Before
I loaded it up with 1/10th of my antique linen collection but decided it just didn't look right
I ended up with my depression quilt and just couple more pieces
Three more rooms being painted in brilliant white which hopefully be finished tomorrow. Goodbye poo brown!!!!!!!!!
Oblivious to the chaos
I forgot about to post this pic last week... this little book also came from our trip......a sweet piece of social history from 1859
A rare moment this week when it's not raining

Hello chookies. I bet they were happy to see you back and have a scratch in the garden.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing what a coat of white paint can do. x
The towel rail is looking great, a beautiful things to hang more beautiful things on. Amazing what a can of white paint can do. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteYay for white paint! I bet you're glad to see that brown go! Your towel rail looks divine. And that quilt is gorgeous. xxx
ReplyDeleteA very pretty project, critters and view! :)
ReplyDeleteLove those vintage linens on the rack.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful chickens, I do wish I could have some in our garden. I am just afraid that it would not work out. I would hate to have to get rid of them. How do they do in winter. Silly question, we live in Michigan so I am sure if you live somewhere warmer they would do fine,
