We finally had the electrician in to put up the last of our new light fittings to finish off our renovations. We are thrilled with the French inspired glass and zinc pendant lights!
My latest globe ....vintage Rand McNally from the 1970's arrived in the mail....YAY
I popped into the second hand mall today and couldn't resist these to antique leather containers called minim measures. They date from the 1860's ...made in London from leather and would of held and etched glass tube in the centre for measuring medicine and a tumbler, and would be stored in a travelling case. Both for $8 !!
Love the glass lights. They look beautiful in your lovely white kitchen.
ReplyDeleteAnd another globe, you're getting quiet the collection.

Those lights are amazing. What are they like in use? I'd love to see them lit.
ReplyDeleteLoving your globe collection, and the wonderful wooden drawers they sit on.
They are very bright , which we wanted as our kitchen is dim , we hate the downlights but they were already in place when we bought the house. They are also very heavy glass but when they get grubby they can be unscrewed and washed
DeleteWow looking fantastic! The three globes look great too, I need a third, everything seems best in threes. The minim measures are pretty cool as well x
